Certain features of the Service may require payment. Fees, billing terms, and renewal terms may be presented at the time of purchase or subscription.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Some features of the Service may use artificial intelligence, automation, machine-assisted generation, or other automated systems.
AI-generated or automated outputs may not always be accurate, complete, lawful, or fit for a particular purpose.
Users remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to rely on outputs generated through the Service.

You may not use the Service to host, publish, transmit, distribute, facilitate, or promote:

Users grant Charger for You a limited license to host, process, transmit, cache, back up, display, and otherwise handle such data solely for the purpose of operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Service and fulfilling the user's instructions.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content, websites, business practices, and activities conducted through the Service comply with applicable laws and do not violate the rights of third parties.
The Service provides software tools, hosting infrastructure, website-building functionality, APIs, and related platform technologies that allow users to create, manage, and publish their own websites, applications, content, and online services.
Charger for You operates solely as a technology platform and infrastructure provider.
Users remain fully responsible for all content, data, transactions, communications, products, services, and business activities conducted through their use of the Service.
Charger for You acts as a hosting and technology intermediary and is not the publisher, speaker, merchant of record for customer businesses unless expressly stated, or owner of user-generated content hosted through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charger for You is not responsible for user-generated content, customer websites, customer conduct, or third-party transactions conducted through the Service.
Users may conduct transactions with customers, visitors, or third parties through websites or services operated using the Service. Charger for You is not a party to such transactions and is not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, claims, delivery failures, product issues, or business obligations between users and their own customers or counterparties.
Charger for You may implement traffic filtering, rate limiting, automated blocking, temporary restrictions, traffic shaping, connection controls, reputation-based controls, and other security measures to protect the platform, users, and infrastructure from abuse or large-scale attacks.
The Service may use automated systems to detect abuse, suspicious behavior, malicious activity, policy violations, and security threats.
Such systems may result in temporary or permanent restrictions, flags, throttling, filtering, or other protective actions.
Accounts, websites, services, access, features, or content may be suspended, restricted, disabled, or terminated if these policies are violated, if required by law, or if reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, infrastructure, or third parties.
Where circumstances require urgent action, such actions may occur without prior notice.
If you believe content hosted through the Service infringes copyright or other protected rights, you may submit a complaint that includes:
Users and third parties may report spam, malware, illegal content, fraud, abuse, exploitation, security threats, or other harmful activity.
Charger for You may investigate reports of illegal content, abuse, fraud, or violations of these policies.
When legally required, or where otherwise permitted by law and reasonably necessary, Charger for You may cooperate with courts, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, or other competent authorities.
Charger for You may remove content, disable access, preserve records, provide required information, or restrict services when necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect the platform and its users.
These Legal Policies and any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Except where arbitration applies, any legal proceedings relating to the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada where permitted by applicable law.
Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise required by law or determined by the arbitrator.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree that disputes with Charger for You will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective action, mass action, or representative proceeding.
